Bagpipe Re-hemp
Smoothly working and tight joints are essential to an efficient and great-sounding bagpipe. We'll re-hemp your pipes with either waxed linen thread (standard bees-waxed yellow hemp) or our real hemp thread, which is excellent. We coat the first layer in sticky cobbler's wax and finish with a mixture of bees wax and parrafin for a clean, water-resistant finish on the hemp.
A NOTE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE USA
Due to recent trade decisions of the current US administration, we are suspending all orders and shipping to the USA for the time being. Tariffs of 35% on all products coming from Canada make prices unreasonable for you and shipping difficult, time consuming, and ultimately unprofitable for us. We'll keep our eye on things and get back to supplying our friends and customers in the USA as soon as we are able.
